How long does it take for my order to be made?

As all our items are handmade, it takes up to 14 days to make.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once your order is with the courier, it takes between 2-3 days to be delivered. This applies to rush orders as well.

Can I return or exchange an item or get a refund?

Unfortunately not. As all our items are custom made, we have a strict no return or exchange policy. We are unable to offer refunds on all goods, including customised pieces which have been made to suit your requirements.

Can I add a note during checkout?

Yes, of course!

What can I do if I made a mistake on my order?

Get in touch with us as quickly as possible. We don't offer refunds but will try accommodate your requests if your items have not yet been made.

Can my bracelets/necklaces be restrung?

Unfortunately not.

How do I care for my jewellery?

As our jewellery is costume, we recommend removing your jewellery before you shower or immersing in water.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is R99 for orders less than R750 (for main city centres). Shipping is free for orders over R750.
